Breaking: Aaron Rodgers Will Play For Packers In 2021

After months of uncertainty, Aaron Rodgers has finally made known what his plans are for 2021. According to Ian Rapaport, he will be returning to Green Bay to play for the Packers this season.

Whether or not this will be the future Hall of Famer’s last season under center for the Packers remains to be seen.

Could This Be The Last Dance?

A few days ago, Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams broke social media with their identical photos on Instagram. The photos depicted Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen in the hit documentary “The Last Dance.” The photos seem to indicate that this upcoming season will be the duo’s last in Green Bay.

If it is the Last Dance for the Green Bay Packers’ top offensive threats, the team undoubtedly will be going all in to finally win the Super Bowl. Regardless of the meaning behind the photos, teammates Robert Tonyan and Aaron Jones also posted photos from the documentary to make light of the situation.

David Bakhtiari Responds

Aaron Rodgers’ closest friend on the team is left tackle David Bakhtiari. When Rapaport broke the news that Rodgers had revealed his plans to those close to him, Bakhtiari responded:

According to Bakhtiari’s Instagram, he and Rodgers have been working out together at a sports complex in California. This is something that they have done together in past seasons as well.

News on Davante Adams

With Aaron Rodgers committed to the Packers for the 2021 season, Davante Adams reportedly is now willing to listen to contract offers from the team.

This means that the Green Bay Packers will have Davante Adams potentially long-term. What is more, the deal the Packers struck with Aaron Rodgers is, basically, a year-by-year decision that both parties will make. If things go well in 2021, Rodgers could decide to return to the Packers in 2022. If not, he can request a trade and the Packers will move him.

Super Bowl or Bust in Green Bay!
