NBA MVP Rankings

We are 30 games into the season and its time to start the MVP watch! Check out our top five candidates thus far.

1. Lebron James

Lebron James has been great this season. In his 18th season Lebron is averaging over 34 minutes a game, shooting a career high from the three point line. James is also averaging 25.9 points, 8 rebonds and 7.9 assists. The Lakers also have one of the best records in the league.

2. Steph Curry

Curry is averaging 30 points this season and is carrying the Warriors this season with Klay Thompson out for the season. Curry is a big reason why the Warriors are still in the playoff picture in a very tough Western Conference.

3. Joel Embiid

Joel Embiid is having a career season averaging 29 points per game and 10 rebounds per game this season. Embiid is a big reason why the 76ers currently have the best record in the Eastern Conference.

4. Nikola Jokic

Jokic is having an insane season averaging 27 points, 11 rebound and seven assists. Jokic has been one of the only bright spots for the Nuggets who currently sit at the eight seed in the Western Conference.

5. Damian Lillard

Dame is averaging 29 points per game. He’s been great in clutch moments this season and is not being talked about enough for NBA MVP. The Blazers are fourth in a very tough Western Conference.
